A Customer Billing, Invoicing, Inventory, Suppliers, Employees, Payments & Transactions manager application, in a form which requires NO prior knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping. Works well with, and is easily adaptable to, many different kinds and types of firms.

Works with or without Microsoft Access 97. Internal data tables can be copied to/from other Access-97 programs or exported to ASCII Text Files.

Auto-ReBill feature for firms who rebill the same customer base every billing period (Pool service, Lawn maintenance, Security services, Pest Control, Rentals, etc.). Save a lot of time, errors and typing every month. View invoices from any date, or range of dates, for ALL records, or by specific customer, or by one employee.

"HotKeys" feature stores up to 10 Paragraphs in memory for Pasting into assorted fields instead of typing. Time and error saver and adds "Uniformity" to invoices. Many printed reports with MS Office style "Print Previews".  View on-screen data in either  "Data Form" or  "Spreadsheet" modes for most databases. Prepares Customer Estimates and Proposals. Sort any data form by one or more fields (ascending or decending).
